How to delete old cache data

If the L3, L4 and L4-GV electronic lock management software frequently throws errors or runs extremely slow during queries, it may be due to prolonged usage resulting in excessive redundant cache data accumulated in the database. We can delete some of this redundant data to improve software performance and reduce error occurrences.

  • 1.to click “System Maintenance” of the software;

  • 2.to click “delete historical data”;

  • 3.to select the date via “delete cached data before below date” and try to select a closer day to current date, so that more data can be deleted.The running speed of the software will be improved.
